This is Piri Piri perfection. Punchy garlic, fragrant oregano and a sharp splash of lemon – this sauce belongs on your chicken. It’s tangy, fresh and packs just the right level of heat to keep you coming back for more.
Like all our hot sauces, it’s crafted with fermented chillies. We’ve taken ripe jalapeños and habaneros, salted them, and let them age for 2–4 weeks to bring out their deep, complex flavour.
