Our Damson Jam is made using damsons harvested from our orchards, supplemented with carefully selected fruit from other growers to ensure quality throughout the season. Each damson plum is carefully hand-picked at peak ripeness, preserving its naturally bold character and depth of flavour. The result is a beautifully crafted conserve with a rich, fruity texture and a distinctive tangy note that perfectly balances sweetness with a gentle sharpness.
