A staple to our Black Garlic Range. A tangy, slightly spicy pickle which will be a favourite on the dinner table with cheese, cold meats, and savoury pies.

The whole Black Garlic cloves are soft and delicious after being cooked for 45 days making them ideal for absorbing the flavours we pack into the Relish.

With a slight Eastern influence, this pickle will work wonders with oriental dishes such as Beef Rendang.
