A jam that encapsulates summer. Fruity, sweet and sticky; our Strawberry and Rhubarb Jam joined our range in 2021 and has quickly become one of our bestsellers. We even have to hide our fresh batches from staff members so we have some left for the shelf! The Rhubarb is added to the pan first to create a base of sticky yumminess and then the strawberries are added to bring the fresh sweetness needed to balance the flavours.
