Are JD's kits suitable if I ma on a diet plan?
YES. JD’s kits are usable on most diet plans. At JD’s we believe in healthy eating. There is a healthy recipe on the inside of every box as well as the recipes on our website. We have used low calorie cooking spray and meat that is typically less than 5% fat in our recipes to aid people following diets. However, there is nothing stopping the consumer using oils or a splash of wine if desired. All sin free on Slimming World or perfect for the KETO diet.
Are JD's kits great value for money?
Recipes can be made from as little as £6 to feed a family of 4. Including the price of the kit. At JD’s we like to keep the cost of meals low for the consumer.
Are JD's kits suitable for vegetarians?
YES. All of our range are suitable for vegetarians. Swap meat for fish, vegetables, tofu or quorn to make a lovely vegetarian option.
