Locally sourced raw Teesside Honey.  This has been left to granulate then stirred every 4 hours until the right consistency of soft set honey is produced. 

Perfect for spreading on toast and so much more.

The taste and colour of the honey will change throughout the year depending on what the bees are feasting on.  This can change from a very light to a very dark honey.
