Louisiana Cajun Rub by Not Just BBQ
Description: A Cajun style herb and spice mix with chilli and paprika. The rub gives you a perfect sear and beautifully caramelized crust. Perfectly balanced with garlic and dried herbs like oregano and thyme. The rub is packed in a nice metal tin that’s easy to clean after use. It has a convenient sprinkler to ensure an even distribution of the rub.
Use: Sprinkle generously over chicken, seafood, vegetables or potato wedges before putting it on the grill or barbecue. Or use the rub to make a wet marinade with olive oil and a little lemon juice.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Avoid using over steaming pots.
