Marrowfat Pea Steeping and Cooking Tablets
Create those perfect mushy peas every time.
Contains: Sodium Carbonate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Acid Sodium Pyrophospate, Food Colours E102 and E142

Store out of direct sunlight and sources of heat
Steeping - Add 1 tablet to every 500g of peas, cover amply with boiling water, wait a full minute to allow the tablets to absorb water then stir and the tablets will dissolve. Leave to steep for at least 8 hours.
Cooking - Place the peas and 1 tablet for every 500g of peas in boiling water and simmer gently for 20 minutes. As the tablets will cut own the cooking time care should be taken they are not overcooked.
