Mediterranean Rub by Not Just BBQ
Description: A versatile blend of garden herbs and garlic that takes you on a trip to the Mediterranean. The rub is made with rosemary, sage, parsley, bay leaves and dried olives to get that authentic Mediterranean flavour. The rub is packed in a nice metal tin that’s easy to clean after use. It has a convenient sprinkler to ensure an even distribution of the rub.
Use: Sprinkle generously over all kinds of seafood or chicken before putting in on the grill or barbecue. Or use the rub to make a wet marinade with olive oil and a little lemon juice.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Avoid using over steaming pots.
