Francisco de Deus (a third-generation coffee farmer) and 18 other members make up the Rotutu cooperative. In this coffee, we pick up on bright, tangerine-like notes, with a delicate nutmeg spice. Expect a silky body, with lots of complexity and an evolving set of tastes as it cools.
