Hot Honey Aioli starts rich and silky from olive oil. Garlic comes through from the first bite, and it’s all rounded off with smooth honey sweetness. Just when you think it’s settled, our fermented jalapeños kick in with a medium heat that builds.

Those jalapeños are fermented for extra depth. We take perfectly ripened chillies, salt them, and let them age for 2–4 weeks to bring out their natural fruity character.
