We’re from Nottingham. Of course we’re going to do it differently. This is one deeply savoury, rich sauce that's legendary as both a cooking ingredient and a dish finisher. Inspired by our Nottingham heritage, this one is special.

At Sauce Shop, we ferment all our own chillies for our hot sauces. For Nottinghamshire Sauce, we've gone one step further, fermenting mushrooms, onions and tomatoes to build layers of savoury flavour. Malt vinegar adds brightness, while juniper and bay roll through with a warming lift.

Store in a cool dry place, once opened keep refrigerated and use within 12 weeks. Shake well before use.
