Texan Steakhouse Rub by Not Just BBQ
Description: A traditional American barbecue rub, with sweet and spicy flavours. The brown sugar gives this rub a little sweetness to complement the smoky flavours and ensures a perfect sear and beautifully caramelized crust. The rub is packed in a nice metal tin that’s easy to clean after use. It has a convenient sprinkler to ensure an even distribution of the rub.
Use: Sprinkle generously over steak, chicken or shellfish before putting it on the grill or barbecue. The rub is also perfect on fresh corn on the cob or to spice up your roast potatoes.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Avoid using over steaming pots.
