Aged jalapeños and honey collide in this sweet-heat showstopper of a hot sauce. While Buffalo Hot Sauce is tangy and Original Hot Sauce is classic, Honey Sriracha is all about the sweetness. Brilliantly balanced, it's loaded with floral honey, punchy garlic, and jalapeños, delivering just the right amount of heat. This is our take on a proper sweet chilli sauce.
Like our other hot sauces, Honey Sriracha features our signature fermented chillies. We take perfectly ripened red jalapeños, salt them, and let them age for 2-4 weeks, bringing out some seriously deep, complex flavours.
