Here at Tiptree, we make two delicious cherry conserves - our famous Morello Cherry Jam, and this, our less-well-known-but-equally-delicious Black Cherry conserve. 
Made with plenty of plump ripe Black Cherries for a deep, but subtly sweet flavour, this stunning jam makes a wonderful filling for cakes (Black Forest Gateaux, anyone?) and pastries, or is just as tasty spread on toast.
