Made from mulberries grown in a small orchard at the back of the Tiptree factory, this is a product rooted in tradition. The orchard’s trees, some over 140 years old, produce an erratic but much prized crop of these deeply flavoured berries, making each batch all the more unique. Newer trees have also been planted, with future harvests patiently awaited, continuing a legacy that spans generations.

Hand-picked with care, these delicate berries are known for staining hands, a charming trait said to be the origin of the phrase “caught red-handed,” as it’s hard to hide when you’ve been gathering such juicy fruit.

The result is a beautifully clear jelly with a soft, delicate texture that almost melts in the mouth, allowing the fruit’s unique, rich flavour to shine through.
