Unsweetened Suet Pastry Suet Mix – 2.2kg, Water – 1.2L
Sweetened Suet Pastry Suet mix – 1.7kg, Water – 1.1L, Sugar – 340g
Dumpling Mix Suet mix – 1.8kg, Water – 1.1L
Method
Place suet mix in a machine bowl, commence mixing on a slow speed gradually adding the water until thoroughly mixed. It is advisable to scrape down at least once during the mixing stage.
Note
For both unsweetened recipes a dough hook is required for mixing.
For the sweetened recipe a beater is necessary.
This product is sold in quantities of 100g.
